This one is simple, or so it sounds…
The object is to draw the figure and the negative space with as few lines as possible and capture the “essence of Karen”. At the some time. Make sure you keep the drawing exciting and dynamic. You can crop in however you want but you don’t have to if you like this pose as is.
I say stick with drawing media with this project, but it does not have to be traditional media if you so choose.
Also do at least 3 drawing and with each one try to use less lines. You can do as many as you wish.
Check out some of Joseph Beuys pencil drawings if you want some inspiration. There is a good book called “Joseph Beuys early drawing” isbn 0-393-31049-3 that you may be able to find at the library or book store.
