Ok so it is a day late but here it is, our next life project.
This can be in any media, and style, pretty open for the most part, I just want it to be a self portrait. This will be a diptych drawing/painting, for those of you who may not know what a diptych is, a diptych is a two panel painting (drawing) where the two pieces of art are hung together as if they were one piece. They almost always play off of one and other in some way or another, whether they complement or counterpoint each other or even have some form of juxtaposing meanings to one and other.
One panel will a self portrait (showing most of the face and or body), the other panel will be a close up self portrait and when I say close up I mean as tightly cropped as possible (whether it is the nose, foot, or anything other body part) and still have an interesting composition (suggestion was by Art).
Both panels should be the same size, I encourage you work as large as you can too.
This will be due by April 1
