Hi you guys!!!
I don't have a ton of time... I have a plane to catch... quite literally. But I wanted to get this posted before I left.
This time we are going to draw Ben. He has been creating some wonderful poses lately and his lighting has really inspired me on this one.
For this project I want you to get a dark sheet of paper. Use chalks or pastels or white pencil or conte crayon to draw only the lights in this pose.
I suggest you start at the lightest point and just start shading in reverse. Watch the figure emerge from the paper... It will be cool sort of like watching a polaroid develop.
Let's make this one due on April 6th (2004).
